This blog contains a bit of nudity and you will occasionally get to see my ass and boobs, however, there is nothing sexual or explicit in nature and that type of content is clearly marked.

Fairly warned, no?

You’ll also encounter some content that is password protected. It’s not to stop you, but to stop image thieves.  I’m sorry for the inconvenience but that’s life…

For a number of reasons I am what you would probably call a very bad girl.

It might have something to do with my interest, craving and desire for the edgier side of life that a bit of bondage and pain fulfill.

It was justice decades delayed, but Langford resident Wayne Staull has been found guilty of molesting four children during the 1970s and late 1990s. At the time of the assaults, the victims were 11 to 15 years old and lived in Langford’s Glen Lake area.

Friends and relatives of the victims and former William Head prison guards filled Western Communities courthouse.  “We’re glad it’s over,” said one relative. “We hope (Staull) gets what’s coming to him.”

Provincial court Judge Robert Higinbotham found Staull guilty of indecently assaulting a female between August 1975 and 1976; indecently assaulting a male in 1979; indecently assaulting a female in the fall or winter of 1979; and touching a person under the age of 14 for a sexual purpose in 1999.

Provincial court Judge Robert Higinbotham dismissed Staull’s testimony earlier in the day as “disjointed and rambling.” Staull was able to recall 30-year-old details with precision when it supported his denials, Higinbotham said, but was unable to clarify details not in his favour.

“It’s my firm belief the testimony was contrived to convince the court that (Staull) remembered details well,” the judge said. “The testimony does not ring true, it’s artificial and I do not accept his evidence.”

The four victims, on the other hand, tried to recall events honesty and carefully, and “none were shaken on cross examination,” Higinbotham said. The victims’ testimony carried a common thread as to the demeanor of the defendant, he said.

The first victim, K.S., who was 15 at the time, was baby-sitting Staull’s two daughters when she was sexually assaulted in 1975. The evening K.S. watched the children,

Staull came to her home three times, said Crown prosecutor Susan Rupertus. Staull testified that K.S. tickled him, however, K.S. stated this never occurred.

“K.S. came down behind me and started tickling me … and I started to tickle her back," Staull said. "I spun her around, pinned her against the wall with my hip and tickled her."

"So you are saying a 15-year-old who barely knew a 43-year-old started tickling him," Rupertus countered.

Staull returned to the home a third time and asked K.S. to go to the basement alone with him, Rupertus said. There he felt under her shirt and tried to put his tongue in her mouth, Rupertus said. K.S. said that incident stopped when she and her brother were able to push Staull out of the house and lock the door.

Staull denied going in the basement or trying to touch K.S.

The second victim was a 14-year-old boy whom Staull testified had never been inside his home. The victim’s statement contradicted that by saying Staull took him into a workshop in the basement and instructed him to touch him sexually in 1979.

The third victim, R.V., 12 at the time, testified she was asked to touch Staull sexually after she went to the house. Staull testified she came over to see the family computer.

"I didn’t touch her inappropriately that I know of," Staull said. "She was sitting on my lap so I could show her the computer."

Staull’s lawyer Roger Batchelor questioned the clarity of R.V.’s memories, stating she was wrong on some points, including whether or not Staull was circumcised.

"She is convinced it was her 12-year-old hand on Mr. Staull’s penis, circumcised or not," Rupertus countered.

The fourth victim, L.B., was 11 at the time of the molestation in 1999. Staull testified that the girl was helping him wash the family dog when she got soaked. He then blow dried her hair for her.

L.B. testified that she wasn’t that wet and neither asked for or needed Staull’s help drying off. She told the court Staull touched her breast and pulled down her pants slightly.

During trial summations, Batchelor said in order for Staull to be found guilty, it must be proved he had the intention of touching the children. More testimonies were needed to collaborate the witness statements to ensure memories are not distorted, he said.

There are inconsistencies between court and police statements, Batchelor said, and some memories appear to be "faded and tainted."

"Memory is the kind of thing that can be created out of suggestion," he argued.

Rupertus said collusion between victims wasn’t possible – aside from two of the victims who are brother and sister, the others did not know each other.

All of the victims’ testimonies were consistent and clear, she said. Staull on the other hand gave "bizarre and odd answers" to the simplest questions, Rupertus said.

Convicted pedophile Staull died (December 08,2010), the day before he was to be sentenced in Western Communities Courthouse for molesting the children in the mid-1970s and in 1999.

West Shore RCMP found a 67-year-old man dead in his home in the 900-block of Glenview Place yesterday around 3:30 p.m. after being called by a relative.
Police would not release the deceased’s name but Staull’s defense lawyer Roger Batchelor confirmed his client had passed away and was found by his daughter at his home

Stuall’s daughter requested to make a statement to the court but was not allowed.

The man died suddenly from natural causes, said spokesman Cpl. Gerry Sutherland. He said there were no signs of trauma to the body and police have no reason to suspect foul play.

Batchelor said Staull suffered from post traumatic stress disorder from his work as a jailer, depression and heart problems. Batchelor said he was planning to ask Judge Robert Higinbotham to consider Staull’s old age and fragile health condition when making his sentence.

“He met with me the day before [he died] and we were planning his submissions,” Batchelor said. “It came as a big surprise.”

Staull’s trial started in August, but he suffered a stroke and went to hospital after the first day of testimony, which delayed proceedings until Nov. 17.

Summarized from the Times Colonist and Goldstream Gazette.

You run into all kinds of people when you venture into the realm of kink. That’s hardly surprising as for better or for worse this is just a subset of society as a whole.

Sometimes it’s for the worse.

There are people who like to mock, deride, and debase those who are different. Despite the frequently heard kink tenet of acceptance and an advertised acceptance and celebration of diversity1 these people openly attack people who are different.

There are also people who deliberately hurt others and enlist the help of others to spread their hatred.

I ran across this recently when a friend of mine was systematically harassed by a person who will remain nameless.2 Over a few days the level and intensity of the crap that was going on increased until the provocateur decided to use others to hurt and started using real names.

Real names are sacred with kink circles and you don’t spread them around – they’re well guarded and protected rigorously. In most circles spreading someone’s real name is an offence that is considered to be very serious. Real names are also protected by people who have legally changed their names for very good reasons.

Sometimes people change their names when they change their gender from female to male or from male to female. These people who are referred to as transgendered or transsexual protect their past as they move forward toward where they are heading on their unique paths.

Getting back to the issue at hand, the asshole in question decides to start using the old male name of a male to female transgendered person – in email and in public forums. Pretty fucking low, pretty fucking disgusting. This is a hurtful, cruel thing to do to a person who faces daily struggles as they face the world – it’s like kicking a puppy.

There is no excuse for this type of behavior – none, yet this type of person will find some way to justify his actions. I’m usually pretty laid back and let things go but in this case the action was so deliberate, so thought out, so premeditated that I am tempted to name the asshole.

[1] Diversity is okay as long as you are the same as everyone else.

[2] How ironic that adherence to the rules protects assholes

Buy me drinks, ply me with red and white whine and then give me a fucking microphone?

Hello? Are we taking crazy pills?

Then there was the dirty dancing on the dance floor at our party and on the other side at the other party that had a radio station disc jockey who was smoking…

The easy way…  Non-compliant, verbally resisting

1

Escort the subject to the nearest fixed object or structure.

2

Give loud commands, as appropriate.

Maintain control. “You will comply…”

3

Position the subject flat against a supporting fixed object or structure so that the controlled shoulder joint cannot move forward.

4

Use your support side and apply body weight against the subject to further enhance the stability of the position.

5

Tell the subject to extend his uncontrolled arm straight out at a 90-degree angle, palm facing out.

6

Reverse the angle of the wristlock by going palm to palm with the subject’s hand and your strong hand.

Release your support hand and re-grip the subject’s hand with your support hand.

Bend the wrist back so that the fingertips are pointing toward the subject’s back.  Create enough space between your support wrist and the subject’s wrist to allow for handcuffing.

7

Take out your handcuffs with your strong hand, without rotating your trunk/hip or changing the position of the wristlock.  Assume the proper carry position for handcuffs.

8

Position the single strand of the bottom handcuff above the thumb side of the subject’s wrist. Push the handcuff on and snug it up.

9

Move control of the wristlock to the handcuffs by moving your support hand down to your strong hand, and exchanging hand positions.

Your support hand should now be holding the handcuff in a proper carry position, with the single strand down.

10

Tell the subject to bring his other hand to the small of his back, then grasp the second hand with your strong hand in a handshake grip at the knuckles where the fingers meet the hand.

Your strong hand may be placed over or under the subject’s thumb, depending on the size of your hand.

11

Position the second cuff over the thumb side of the second wrist.  Push it on with a smooth motion and snug it up.

12

Maintain your support-hand grip on the handcuffs, and release your strong-hand grip.

Use your strong hand to retrieve your handcuff key, double lock the handcuffs, and return the key.

Use your strong hand and reapply the wristlock.  Release your support-hand grip and slide your support hand to the subject’s controlled elbow and grip it.

This places the subject in the handcuff-escort position.

The hard way… Non-compliant, physically resisting

1

Perform an arm bar takedown.

2

Move your feet and your body to above the subject’s controlled shoulder, without moving the subject’s arm or your hands.

Do not straddle the subject’s head.

3

Move your support foot forward until your toe touches the top of the subject’s shoulder.

Place the shin area of your support leg across the subject’s controlled shoulder blade.

Do not use your knee.

4

Place your strong knee on the ground next to and outside of the subject’s controlled arm.

Squeeze the subject’s controlled arm between your legs.

5

Place your support hand on top of the wristlock, and release your strong hand.

6

Retrieve your handcuffs with your strong hand and place them in a proper carry position.

7

Rotate your strong hand, palm up.

Place your strong hand between yourself and the subject’s controlled wrist while keeping your strong hand palm up.

8

Align the bottom handcuff (the one closest to your little finger) with the subject’s wrist.

Straighten the subject’s wrist with your support hand.

Push the bottom handcuff straight onto the wrist with your strong hand and snug it up.

9

Place the subject back in the wristlock using your support hand.

10

Tell the subject to bring the other hand to the small of his back.

As the hand reaches the small of his back, transfer control of the controlled arm to the handcuffs and your strong hand, release your support-hand grip, and reach down and grip the subject’s thumb and index finger

11

Lift the subject’s free hand straight up a few inches.

Move your strong hand down toward the free hand and cuff up on the little-finger side of the subject’s wrist.

12

Maintain your body position and release the handcuffs.  Retrieve your handcuff key, double lock the handcuffs, and return the key.

This is just a guide – the only way to become proficient with the use of handcuffs is practice under the direction of a qualified instructor.

Handcuffing a compliant person. This might come in handy at a party, the bedroom or at my favourite restaurant.

1

Tell the subject to turn and face away from you, spread his feet apart until you tell him to stop, and point his toes out. The subject’s feet should be more than shoulder width apart.

2

Tell the subject to lock his elbows and move both arms back along his side until both arms are fully extended behind him, keeping his elbows locked.

3

Tell the subject to turn both hands until his palms are turned outward, with his thumbs pointing up, and bend forward at the waist until told to stop. The subject should be bent at the waist at least a 45-degree angle.

4

Tell the subject not to move. Check your position, and adjust as necessary.

5

Shuffle up to the subject, staying out of arms reach, and tap one of the subject’s hands. At the same time, move back and be ready to respond to resistance by the subject. This is an "attitude" check to determine if the subject is planning to resist handcuffing.

6

Take out your handcuffs using your strong hand, and position them in a proper carry position. Do not divert your eyes from the subject.

7

Do not make any handcuff noise, such as ratcheting the single strand.

8

Approach the subject carefully, from the outside, at a 45-degree angle.

9

Most people are right handed so the subject’s right hand should be handcuffed first. Use your support hand to grasp the back side of the subject’s hand (using a reverse-handshake grip) at the knuckles where fingers meet. Place your support hand (thumb) over or under the subject’s thumb, depending on the size of your hand.

10

Pull the subject’s hand back away from his body. Position the center of the single strand of the bottom handcuff on the subject’s handcuffing notch at the base of his thumb, and push the handcuff on using one smooth motion. As the single strand rotates and catches the latch, snug up the cuff using either the index finger of your support hand or the little finger of your strong hand.

11

Ensure that the cuff is snug, then instantly release your reverse-handshake grip and move your support hand to grip the subject’s second hand in a handshake grip at the knuckles where the fingers meet the hand. Place your support hand (thumb) over or under the subject’s thumb, depending on the size of your hand.

12

Grip the subject’s second hand, then instantly position the top cuff over the subject’s handcuffing notch at the base of the thumb and push the cuff on with one smooth motion. Snug up the cuff using either the index finger of your strong hand or the index finger of your support hand.

CAUTION: DO NOT RELEASE YOUR HANDSHAKE GRIP. ENSURE THAT YOU MAINTAIN POSITIVE PHYSICAL CONTROL OF THE SUBJECT.

13 Release your grip on the handcuffs while maintaining a firm handshake grip on the subject’s hand with your support hand. Check the cuffs for correct fit around the subject’s wrists. Adjust the handcuffs as necessary, without releasing the grip you have with your support hand. Engage the double-lock mechanism in both handcuffs without releasing your handshake grip on the subject.

This is just a guide – the only way to become proficient with the use of handcuffs is practice under the direction of a qualified instructor.

Image thieves really annoy me.

One that I have dealt with lately is using my barbie images in a lame attempt to cause havoc and spread hatred by posting them elsewhere and then coming up with fanciful  tales about how the images are a portrayal of his life. Holy moly – they’re just barbies that I dress up, place in kinky poses and take pictures of for the enjoyment of the those who read my blog. It’s kind of like the McCains commercial where the farmer shakes his head in disbelief as he pronounces “it’s just a sweet potato…”.

Anyhow the FetLife Caretakers (sort of their moderators) have not once, not twice, but four times deleted the pictures that he had ripped off from this blog and subsequently posted on his little section of the Internet.

Slow learner that one.

Anyhow – if you’d like to use my barbie images just send me a note and ask. I usually say yes.

She proudly and saucily shows how she can escape from them.

With the hand cuffs back on she finds that her feet are being bound securely with some black ties.
